Cynthia Shaffield Knox
President / Founder
Cynthia Shaffield Knox is the founder and president of Shaffield Building Specialties, Inc. Since 1997, Cynthia has expanded the company to include divisions for subcontracting, material supply, construction management and general contracting. For over 20 years, Cynthia has been a licensed General Contractor in the State of Florida. She attended Auburn University and is a past board member and Chapter President of North Florida Associated Builders and Contractors.
Jennings Knox

Jennings Knox is the Executive Vice President of Shaffield Building Specialties, Inc. Jennings has over 40 years Construction and General Contracting experience, and has been the Project Executive on over $1.5 billion worth of construction projects throughout his career. He possesses a Bachelors of Science in Building Construction from the University of Florida.
Bryan Chatham
Vice President of Operations
Mr. Chatham’s 36 years of construction experience range from commercial building to residential home construction. He has over 10 years experience as a Project manager. Bryan attended Tallahassee Community College with a concentration in Construction Technology.
